Party-A Sender     Party-B Prosperity

1. Sender sends in his KYC/CIS, DOA and other documents needed for the transaction.
2. Party-A provides either a BCL or RWA verifying it willingness to assign the SBLC to PABCS and send an MT760 to specified Bank Account
3. Sender and Receiver execute, sign and seal a Partnership Agreement, provided by PABCS, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse Contract
4. Partnership agreement will assigns and give authorization to use bank instrument and ATV included in the agreement.
5. Party-A’s bank sends RWA signed and sealed by two bank officers to PABCS (RWA provided by Prosperity),
6. Party-A’s bank sends a Ready Willing, and Able letter to Prosperity stating their RWA to send the MT760 to Prosperity’s Bank,.
7. Party-A to assign Bank Instrument to Prosperity for one year and one day. 
8. Party-A’s bank sends the MT760 to PABCS bank..
9. Prosperity activates its line of credit for the instrument’s monetization and placement into our PPP to fund the clients humanitarian and investment projects.
10. SBLC is returned to Party-A after one year.
