Requirements For New Projects and Clients
Client First
We well always need to begin with your CIS/KYC from the client. We do not give out our CIS first.
Bankers Cards
We will need the business cards of two bankers on your account. This is expected on all trancactions.
Communication
We are committed to developing strong lasting relationships through commitment, communication and honesty. Holding back information will hinder our progress.
DOA
If you don't have a deed of agreement, DOA, we will need a written list of your procedures before we can determine if we can help you.
Direct Contact with Client
Unless the client can not understand English we will insist on direct contact with the client All correspondence will be made directly to the client.
Ethics
When we know all the particulars of a transaction we are confident in working out a solution with the bank in the right way.
